Itinerary
Day 1 – Pasto – Arrival at the Airport
Arrival at the airport to take a regular flight to Colombia’s capital, Bogotá than transfer to Pasto. Assistance upon arrival and transfer to the hotel.
Day 2 – Pasto – Sanctuary of Las Lajas
Breakfast. Breakfast at the hotel.
visit to the famous Las Lajas Sanctuary, considered one of the most beautiful religious monuments in Colombia. Observe the stunning architecture and its integration into the natural landscape of the Guáitara River Canyon.
After the visit, free time to explore the surrounding artisanal markets.
Day 3 – Pasto to Bogotá – Transfer to the Airport
Breakfast. Breakfast at the hotel.
Transfer to the airport for your return flight to Colombia’s capital, Bogotá.
Day 4 – Bogotá – City Tour with Monserrate & Gold Museum
A complete tour that will show you the most important monuments of Colombia’s capital. Visit Bolívar Square, the historical center of Bogotá, where you can see the Primary Cathedral of Bogotá, the National Capitol, the Palace of Justice, the Liévano Palace (City Hall), the Archbishop’s Palace, and the Nariño Palace (Colombian Presidential Residence).
Continue to the Gold Museum, which has an impressive collection of pre-Columbian gold artifacts, followed by the district of La Candelaria, Bogotá’s historical and cultural heart.
Day 5 – Bogotá. Visit to Zipaquirá with Salt Mine
Breakfast. Breakfast at the hotel.
Transfer to the town of Zipaquirá to visit the Salt Cathedral, a marvel of modern architecture built inside the salt mines. Inside, you’ll find artistic carvings and sculptures, including a giant cross illuminated with dramatic lighting, making it a unique religious and cultural site.
Day 6 – Bogatá – Transfer to the Airport
Breakfast. Breakfast at the hotel.
Transfer to the airport for your return flight to your city of origin.
